No that wasn't gun fire... someone needs to reset the timing on their vehicle so the horrendous explosion (called backfire) doesn't happen again. I wonder if anyone keeps statistics on the number of heart attacks caused by this miracle of the internal combustion engine. Luckily it doesn't happen nearly as often as in the past because of our new computer adjusted fuel systems.
