Ozone can be dangerous...

Ozone generators are used in many applications to help destroy bad odors in confined spaces. Hotels use them frequently to help their rooms, that are used constantly, stay fresh and clean smelling. Most would think that using this same device would be great for vehicles that have very concentrated environments and sometimes smells that are overwhelming. They can be quite successful in this application, but you need to understand the full implications. Ozone is considered a hazardous gas that should not be breathed by humans. If a car is cleaned using an ozone generator it needs to be allowed to "clear" for up to 24 hours before being driven. Read this article published by the EPA for further information. Unfortunately there are actually many ozone generators actually made to plug into car cigarette lighters. Just be careful, it's better to be safe than sorry!
